Pavlina is very focused and professional. She remained steadfast in directing the paperwork and acting as a liaison between me and the building management. Usually this process is overlooked as simple but in my case was very important.

My husband, three year-old son, and I had to relocate from California to Manhattan. Thank goodness for Pavlina! From the moment we met her, I knew we were in good hands.
