He is straightforward, responsive (one night I pocket dialed him by accident at nine pm and he immediately called and texted back to see if everything was okay), very nice (holds doors open for girls) and organized (he brought the apartment application form with him so we could sign it right there in the building lobby and then ran it over to the management office right after). I am very picky and was feeling like I would never find a place I would like in my price range but he found us a great place that we love.
