I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the work of your Real Estate Agent Mirela Anderson. I called her after seeing her ad online for a rental property. As it turned out, I did not rent that apt but found another one through Mirela that was in the area I wanted to be in, with the amenities I wanted and in my price range.
Mirela gave me and my family exceptional service. She spent several hours with us, showing us many apts over 3 or 4 days. She was professional but also patient and personal. We agreed on an apt and then changed our minds. She went right to work again looking for another place and found it. We were under a lot of pressure to find something within a short period of time. She gave us her full attention with great courtesy. I have rented many apts with my family over the last 10 years. Mirela is by far the best agent I have encountered. This past month Mirela Anderson helped me find a studio apartment on the upper west side. She really went above and beyond throughout the process - while I was looking and then also during the lease process.
I am leaving medical school housing and this is my first time looking for an apartment in the city - I couldn''t imagine it having gone more smoothly. Mirela listened exactly to what I was looking for and went out of her way to make it happen, to help me with the paperwork and to hustle any time of day or night to make sure I got the apartment at a time when the building was receiving a lot of applications.

I certainly will refer any friends looking for apartments to Mirela and would certainly call her again in a flash the next time I move!

I wanted to write to say how wonderful it was working with Mirela Anderson throughout the process of signing our new lease at West 93rd Street. My wife and I thought it was an absolute pleasure working with her. She really listened to exactly what we were looking for in an apartment, and showed us a bunch of different apartments that fit the description. This was a much welcomed change from other brokers who seemed to ignore the basics of what we wanted and instead simply showed us whatever they had available.

Mirela did a fantastic job negotiating with the management company and
was available day or night to keep us informed of the progress. In

As a new Brit here in New York, it was difficult to know where to begin and I am really grateful for the very considerable help and support which she provided. She moved very quickly on my behalf having shown me an apartment which I liked in Upper West Side and having seen it on the Tuesday, I was actually living in it on the Friday which was very impressive.

Her support to me while I completed all of the paperwork was exceptional and the whole process would undoubtedly have taken much longer without her assistance. I would like it to be known that Mirela Anderson should be commended for all of her efforts working with us to find an apartment.
- Firstly, Mirela was extremely attentive, by listening to exactly what we wanted in order to help us find our dream apartment. In a matter of a week she brought us to places that fit our budget, as well as the size, layout and neighborhood we were looking for. (Note: This was not my experience with three other brokers that I have used in the neighborhood here on the upper west side).

After we had chosen the apartment that fit all of our criteria, not only did Mirela go the extra mile and negotiate a price that would fit our budget, but also negotiated an earlier move in date without us being charged for it.
Even after the lease was signed she followed up to be sure that everything was in order, Move in date, having the proper info with the managment office, any other info regarding the apt. etc.,

Mirela is a good example of a real estate broker, who displays good "Broker skills" and can honestly listen to what the client really desires by finding apartments that matches them. She also gives an added bonus for success by doing follow-up customer service which in all matters of sales will always provide a good client following.
In turn for her efforts, honesty and excellent service, I will promise to recommend her to all of my friends, family & Collegues.

I wanted to share with you the great experience my husband and I had with Mirela Anderson as our broker when we were looking for 1 bedroom on the upper east side. We contacted her mid-September and right away we knew we found someone who could help us.
Being pregnant, I had limited time and ability to walk all over Manhattan without the expertise of a broker.
After having bad experiences with several real estate companies and brokers who promised to call back and promised that they had what we were looking for, only to be disappointed by lies, no return calls or wasted time looking at apartments that were clearly not what we were looking for, it was so refreshing and enjoyable to work with Mirela who was honest, sincere and truly listened to what our needs and wants were and most importantly stayed within our budget. We are now very excited to be moving into our new apartment thanks to Mirela''s hard work, dedication and utmost professionalism.

We will certainly recommend Caliber but specifically Mirela to anyone we know who is looking for an apartment in Manhattan. It was truly a more enjoyable experience than my husband and I ever could have imagined!

just wanted to take this time to say thank you for helping me with my apartment rental process as long and arduous as it was. As this was my first experience with renting an apartment in NYC I really had no idea what to expect. I can tell you this though, I had met with 4-5 other agents and they did not compare in any way to Mirela or yourself. Most were unwilling, uncooperative, and constantly just kept urging me to spend more money. Mirela however constantly stayed on top of me and constantly updated me on new listing and new ideas. She never gave up on the process perhaps when I easily would have. She was extremely persistent, tenacious, and professional. I have every intention of not only using both her and your firm again but referring her and your company to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again for your time and effort.

Hi Shai,

I just wanted to tell you about the service that my roommates and myself received from Mirela last month. She was great...professional, hard working, and also understood what we were looking for. She didn''t waste our time with apartments that she didn''t think fit into what we wanted and found us lots of options. We are three girls with differing opinions about the apartments she showed us and she was very patient with us while we sorted out which one we wanted. And when it was time to sit down and put in the application, we were at your offices until midnight. Mirela worked really hard to get us our apartment, and we''re really thrilled with the end-product. She was great and if we ever move again, I would definitely call Mirela for help.

Mirela Anderson recently acted as our broker and just wanted to say that she was the only broker we interacted with that actually listened to what we wanted and was truthful / straightforward, we had a lot of issues with other firms showing us places completely different than we were expecting (the old bait and switch...) and just plain wasting our time. Mirela was very knowledgeable about the market and what was available and what we could expect on our budget. She also took care of all the logistics with lease signing, deposit etc which made things much easier on my roommate and I. We''ll definitely be recommending Caliber & Mirela in the future.

We recently found a great brand new apartment on the upper east side thanks to the efforts of Mirela. We are a young couple and we left the apartment search process very late; we had about a week to find an apartment. Mirela was able to get a good idea of our price range and what we would expect. The first apartments which we were shown on the first day were perfect and we immediately filled out an application.
The ease and quickness of the whole entire process was perfect and comfortable.

"I would definitely recommend Mirela Anderson as a Real Estate Broker in New York City. Mirela made sure that she had access to the apartments and buildings she planned to show us ahead of time and did not waste our time. She knew the buildings very well and once she knew our taste she could tell us whether or not we would like an apartment without even going there. These things alone would provide for a very good broker, but Mirela went one step further. Once we had decided on an apartment, we discovered that the building had raised its application fee by $200. Since Mirela had told us the original amount already, she paid for the extra $200 out of her own pocket! Mirela made the apartment search and application process very easy; I would definitely contact her again for my next move."

My husband and I worked with Mirela Anderson recently to find an apartment for us to bring our first child home to. Mirela was fantastic! She listened to our preferences, likes, and dislikes, and only showed us apartments that fit our requirements, were within our budget, and met our needs. She did not waste a second of our time but was always professional and enjoyable to be scouring apartments with! Mirela was a great negotiator and we felt like she was really working for us; she got us a fantastic deal on our apartment with little fuss or work on our part. Best of all, Mirela was not at all pushy- she showed us the apartments and did not try to ''sell'' them to us; she let us make our own decisions, have time alone to discuss our options, and just gave us the facts without being intrusive.
