"I''m taking this time to write to thank you for all of your most expedient, professional, and supportive help in obtaining my new apartment for me. My new home in NYC is a very big deal for me, as you can imagine. Moreover, I wanted to personally let you know how much I appreciate and love this young woman Jasmin Sasson who relentlessly supported me through the entire process from beginning to end. Not a moment went by that I didn''t know where Jasmin was in the exact process with me. To elaborate, I began my virtual online NYC apartment search via NakedApartments.com a week prior whilst in San Francisco. On Wednesday, January 30 2013, Jasmin emailed me and followed that email with an immediate personal telephone call to make the first connection. She was friendly and efficient on the phone. We made an appointment to view apartments first thing the morning of Monday February 4th in NYC. Jasmin also followed that confirmation with a brief SMS to help guide me with meeting location logistics. I appreciated her attention to details and quick responsiveness. We met that very Monday as planned. Jasmin was on time, friendly, sweet, energetic, yet also possessed great professionalism. And this I want to underscore. She was extremely organized and worked quickly to help us view more last minute apartments after we''d looked through the original appointments. Jasmin was patient and diligent in supporting me to find the right place - that very same day. We viewed 9 apartments in 6.5 hours. We found my new home. :-) That same afternoon and next day began the apartment application approval process. I thank you again Levi and Jasmin for working with the apartment management in helping to get my application approved in only 1 day. I understand that your responsiveness in requesting additional documents from me also assisted the process greatly. Thank you for supporting me. Just two days later on Wednesday February 6, I was to sign for the apartment at 11am. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule due to a last minute emergency. It was a stressful moment since the apartment management wasn''t happy with the that - but Jasmin negotiated with them on my behalf. Not to mention she herself was also already awaiting my meeting her that morning, but I was unable to make it. In the end, we signed the new apartment that very same Wednesday afternoon. Just one day after my birthday! This has been the BEST birthday gift ever, and I have you and especially Jasmin to thank for her relentless energy and diligence in helping to keep pressing my case forward on my behalf. Every single bit of her effort is what helped me become an ecstatic new resident in NYC! I am eternally grateful to Jasmin and you, Levi. I do hope she is well regarded in your firm, and I know she will be one of your biggest stars, if she isn''t already. In summary, I would describe Jasmin as: honest, friendly, determined, relentless, professional, efficient, delivery oriented. Many thanks for all of your kind help. I wish you all the best.
