Priciest, cheapest units to hit the market!

The most expensive unit to hit the Manhattan market this week is a 6,319-square-foot condominium unit at the Plaza at 1 Central Park South listed for $37.5 million, according to Streeteasy.com. The four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom penthouse has three floors, a wood burning fireplace, a 95-square-foot wine cellar and a 229-square-foot terrace with views of Central Park. Stribling's Sassy Johnson, Alexa Lambert and Elizabeth Lorenzo are listing the property.
